- Swivel-out feed hopper Easily removable grating chamber cover, grating drum easily accessible without tools; quick and easy grating drum change, very easy to clean
- Pneumatic unit (optional) Recommended for extra-hard cheeses such as Parmesan, including maintenance unit with charcoal filter and blow-out nozzles; high operational reliability by blowing free the small grating holes in the grating plate, consistent quality of the grated cheese due to cooling of the grating plate. Instead of air, a neutral protective glass can also be used to prevent surface oxidation of the grated cheese.
