Belt weighers – so-called "checkweighers" – are among the most important control devices in the final packaging inspection. They offer the advantage of 100% control of all packs without laborious manual sample inspections. Thanks to the type approval, our devices can be used for all checking tasks. Robust and reliable weigh cells, made in Germany, based on the princip of electromagnetic force compensation, are at the core of our checkweighers. These brand cells guarantee maximum precision and a long service life. Our scope of supply includes belt checkweigher as well as integrated combichecker, consisting of checkweigher and metal detector, which can be integrated seamlessly into existing production lines. How it works
Our checkweighers are equipped with a robust stainless steel construction and an infeed, weighing and discharge belt completely integrated in the stainless steel housing. They offer simple and user-friendly operation via a colour TFT display with touch screen. With maintenance-free servo driven motors and the WIPOTEC EDK load cell, they ensure precise and reliable weight control. Checkweighers from reisacher can be seamlessly integrated into existing production lines and offer extensive statistical functions for production documentation. Optionally, they are available with sorting devices, discharge containers and preparation for UL/CA inspection to meet your individual requirements.
